Boda is a professional producer and customizer of plastic bags, and makes use of a number of production machines to carry out drawing, weaving, printing and heat sealing processes. With these machines, we have the manufacturing capacity to supply a variety of packaging bag types to our customers in a fast, efficient manner and with attractive prices.
We own two Starlinger drawing machines and three constant-force drawing machines, with a monthly production of 1,800 tons. The Starlinger drawing machines are high quality equipment that are both highly efficient and low cost. From material feeding to wire winding, the process is controlled by computer, with a speed of 550 meters per minute. The finished wires are thin, strong and ductile. Skillful inspectors are assigned to each line to further guarantee the drawing quality.
For a better weaving quality, we bought 200 sets of four-shuttle circular weaving machines, 50 sets of six-shuttle circular weaving machines and 10 sets of ten-shuttle circular weaving machines. All weaving machines are lubrication-free and the coating film is food-grade. While working, the weaving density can be adjusted by the computer and the final products have a flat surface, high strength, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. For 50-240g/m2 plastic fabric, we produce 1,600 tons every month and satisfy customization demands of different clients.
Two Starlinger coating machines and four Yuandong coating machines are used for plastic coating. The Starlinger machine automatically winds wire and exchanges the roll, providing a tough coating, high strength, high efficiency and clean trimming. The monthly production is 2,000 tons.
The printing process involves four sets of seven-color printing machines, seven sets of 12-color flexo printing machines and one set of four-color bulk bag printing machine. All printers are intelligently controlled by a computer, with a fast rotational speed and high printing efficiency. The final printing pattern is clear, bright and firm.
We have four heat sealing machines that use advanced sealing technology and ensure high-strength sealing. Its automatic stacking function makes it suitable for mass production of plastic packaging bags. Generally, the heat sealing machines handles 10 million block bottom valve bags every month. The plastic bags are known for their moisture resistance, drop resistance, low cost and ease of transport. They have a wide application range, including the packaging of cement, lime, chemicals, fertilizers, flours, PP resins and color masterbatch.
The two clean sewing workshops house 200 sewing machines, capable of producing 100,000 plastic bags each month. In full compliance with BRC standards, we can produce packaging bags for food.
All plastic bags are packed within dust and water resistant bags, manually sealed, then mechanically pressed, and finally tied using a packing belt. This ensures the low damage rate during shipping. Finished bags are stored neatly in the warehouse.
